BEFORE MOVE IN DAY, NEW & TRANSFER STUDENTS MUST:
- Submit Their Meningitis A Vaccination Record to Student Health Services
Check your MyHousing Portal. If you have an alert on your homepage, you are not in compliance with this requirement and you will not be permitted to move in, drop off your belongings, or be a guest of another student on campus.
If you do not have an alert in your MyHousing Portal, you are in compliance and are cleared to move in.
If you arrive to campus on move in day with your vaccination record in your hand, you must visit Student Health Services before reporting to your move in day entry point.
Student Health Services will be open on Saturday, August 22nd: 9:00am - 3:00pm - Have Their Student ID
If you did not pick up your student ID during SOAR, or if you lost it over the summer, you will need to visit Card Services before reporting to your campus entry point for move-in. Your ID card will be required during check in. Your ID card is critical as it acts as the key to your residence hall and is required in the dining hall.
Card Services is open Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm and will be open during move in:- Saturday, August 22nd: 9:00am - 3:00pm
- Sunday, August 23rd: 10:00am - 4:00pm

On August 3rd, each student will receive an Eastern email with a link to sign up for a move-in time. The link takes them to an Eventbrite page where they can choose an available move-in time for their residence hall.
