There is a $10 fee for replacement Eastern EXPRESS CARDs and $15 fee for replacement Electronic Access FOBs. Pay for replacement fees with EXPRESS CASH, check or the charge can be placed on your University bill.

Lost/Stolen Cards

Copying/Printing - All Over Campus

The University adds $20.00 each semester to student's Eastern EXPRESS CARD for copying and printing on campus. Any Copy/Print Funds remaining at the end of the fall semester will rollover to the spring semester. Any funds remaining at the end of the academic year will zero out in August.

Printing funds have no cash value, are non-refundable and can only be used for copying and printing. If Printing Funds are depleted, please deposit funds into your EXPRESS CASH Account to continue copying and printing using your Eastern EXPRESS CARD.

Purchase your books with your Eastern EXPRESS CARD. You can purchase anything sold at the store: notebooks, gifts, computer supplies and clothes. Let the cashier know that you are paying with your Eastern EXPRESS CARD and the purchase will be deducted from your EXPRESS CASH Account.

The University installed new washers and dryers in the residence halls. These machines are equipped with readers that accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express debit and credit cards, ApplePay, GogglePay and cash.

Vending Machines

Vending Machines on-campus accept cash and are equipped with readers that accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express debit and credit cards, ApplePay and GogglePay. There is a $.10 fee applied to debit and credit card transactions.
