Dining Services Precautions for Covid-19
Dining Services would like to assure you that we are taking every precaution we can to keep our students and associates safe during the school year.
Some of the things you will see in the dining hall are: 1. Plexiglass barriers in all serving areas 3. Hurley Food Court - Hurley Hall
Hurley Hall Food Court is our all-you-care-to-eat main dining hall and is open 7 days a week during the academic year and is where the majority of the meal plan is used. (Please see Dining Dollars information below for additional details.) Our specialty stations showcase exhibition style cooking with a rotating regional cuisine and breakfast all day where students can customize their own omelets and breakfast sandwiches. The menus in Hurley Hall feature fresh oven pizza with house-made pizza dough, grill menus feature fresh hamburgers, cheeseburgers, french fries and daily specials and entrée menus include a number of student favorites including vegan & vegetarian items and two house-made soups daily. Our abundant salad bar and deli bar include more than 30 ingredients to create and customize your own salad or deli sandwich. Present your Eastern EXPRESS CARD for your Meal Plan, Dining Dollars or EXPRESS CASH to purchase and enjoy all you care to eat. The Food Court also accepts cash and debit/credit cards. Guest Meals
Enjoy a meal with a guest at Hurley Food Court. You can use a Guest Meal(SILVER Plans) or a BLOCK Meal(BLOCK Plans) in conjunction with a student meal. Inform the cashier when dining with a guest. Dining Dollars, EXPRESS CASH, cash, debit/credit cards may also be used to pay for guests. Prices are listed below.
Walk-In Meal Prices at Hurley Food Court
Don't have a meal plan? You can still enjoy a meal at the Hurley Food Court. Dining Dollars, EXPRESS CASH, cash and debit/credit cards are accepted. Prices are listed below.
No outside containers, reusable bottles, cups or mugs are permitted in the dining hall.
You're permitted to take two pieces of fruit with a to-go meal.
"You're Good to Go" Program
"You're Good to Go" at Hurley Food Court from 11:00am until closing. You can get a "to-go" container from the cashier and take it with you. Your first container cost $5.00 which can be purchased with Dining Dollars, EXPRESS CASH, cash or debit/credit card. Only return the container to the Food Court when you plan on taking another to-go meal or you will be charged $5.00 when you get a container in the future. Containers must be able to close and are not permitted in the dining room. All to-go meals must be eaten outside of Hurley Hall. One to-go meal is allowed during each meal period, not to be used in conjunction with a regular meal.
Our Seconds Policy
Our Seconds Policy allows students to have additional servings of many of your favorite menu selections at Hurley Food Court. Simply ask for more!
Special Dietary Requirements

Bag Lunch / Dinner
Can't make it to the Food Court because of a conflict with your school, work or athletic schedule? Give Dining Services a copy of your schedule and we will provide you with a Bag Lunch/Dinner of your choice to be picked up at your convenience.
Dining Dollars
Dining Dollars are funds that are placed on the Eastern EXPRESS CARD. They are part of the meal plan and can only be used for food purchases at on-campus Dining Services locations.
Dining Dollars can be used to pay for a guest if you run out of SILVER Meal Plan Guest Meals.
Dining Dollars in your account at the end of the fall semester will carry over to the spring semester.
They are non-refundable and will zero out at the end of the academic year in May.

Only take the food you can eat, you can always go back for seconds.

Your EXPRESS CARD and Meal Plan are non-transferable.
Please do not lend your EXPRESS CARD to anyone or borrow one from someone else.
