Residential students will receive a Student University Proximity ID Card (Prox Card) which has electronic door access embedded inside of the card.
Current residential students will keep their current Electronic Key FOB for use in their residence hall.
All Residence halls exterior doors are equipped with electronic door access locks.
Present the FOB or Prox Card at the reader located by the door, the door will unlock for a brief period of time. Access events are recorded by your name, so please do not lend out your FOB or Prox Card.
Residents of Constitution, Laurel, Nutmeg, Occum & Shafer Halls will receive a Trilogy Key FOB for their bedroom/suite access.
Residents of Burnap, Burr, Crandall, Noble, Occum, Windham Street Apartments and Winthrop Halls will receive a Mechanical Key for bedroom/suite access.

There is a $15 replacement fee that can be paid with EXPRESS CASH, check or the charge can be placed on your university bill. You can pay your bill in eWeb with a debit or credit card. Charges can also be paid at the Cashier's Office.
