Semester Meal Plan Descriptions & Pricing

Spring 2026, Fall 2026 & Spring 2027

Meal Plans are available to ALL registered Eastern students but are MANDATORY for ALL resident first-year students and in certain Residence Halls which are automatically assigned.

Please read all important information below and complete a Dining Services Agreement if you would like a meal plan or upgrade your mandatory meal plan.

MANDATORY Meal Plan

SILVER PLUS $125 MEAL PLAN

      • Crandall Hall

SILVER PLUS $125 MEAL PLAN
  • Description and Price listed below
  • Mandatory SILVER PLUS $125 Meal Plan is automatically assigned each semester.
  • No need to sign-up/complete a Dining Services Agreement.
  • Mandatory meal plans cannot be cancelled.
  • You may upgrade to the SILVER PLUS $225 or $325 Meal Plan (pricing below) any time during the semester but you my not downgrade during the semester. 
  • Upgrade must be completed each semester.

  • All Meal Plans are semester based.
  • BLOCK Meal Plans are non-refundable if withdrawing from the university.
  • ONLY Voluntary Meal Plans can be cancelled before the first day of classes each semester (see academic calendar) by sending an email to cardservices@easternct.edu.
  • Voluntary Meal Plans may be added at any time during the semester and must be requested each semester if you would like a Meal Plan for the academic year.
  • You can buy another Block Meal Plan within the same semester if needed.

Dining Dollars

Dining Dollars are funds that are placed on the Eastern EXPRESS CARD. They can only be used for purchases at the Hurley Dining Hall and the Student Center Food Court.
