The World Languages and Cultures Department and the Pride Center invite you to an engaging film screening of "Summer of 85," directed by one of France's most prominent contemporary directors, François Ozon. This tragic drama explores themes of love, identity, and self-discovery through the throwback aesthetic lens of a powerful summer romance between two teenage boys in 1985.

The World Languages and Cultures Department hosts a special informational event, Explora Español, on Monday, September 30, 2024, 3:00-4:00 pm in Webb 233B. This event is specially geared toward first- and second-year students at Eastern that are heritage and native Spanish speakers. The aim of Explora Español is to highlight unique benefits of studying Spanish in college for those that have a familiarity with the language.
