Part Time Student Enrollment Guide

Congratulations on your admission to Eastern!

The following check list is offered to help you plan and prepare for your enrollment at Eastern. We hope that it will help ensure a smooth transition to our university community. Please do not hesitate to contact Admissions office at 860-465-5286 or admissions@easternct.edu if we may assist you in any way.

  • Your Office 365 e-mail account is the primary source of communication between you and Eastern. Prior to arriving to campus, you will receive emails to inform you about placement testing, housing, financial aid, and registration. Your account credentials are also used to access eWeb to submit your deposits, register for classes, view your financial aid, and more. View instructions on how to activate your Office 365 account; please refer to your acceptance letter for your Eastern ID, username, and email address.
  • Submit official transcript(s) for any transfer credit course work. Please have all transcripts sent to Admissions at Eastern.

    This may include AP, TechPrep, and college or university-level classes taken in high school.

  • Once your official transcripts have been reviewed, the evaluation will be posted on eWeb Online Services. You may access this by logging into your Office 365 account, and clicking the icon titled “SelfService (eWeb)”.
  • Please click here to view the required health form from our Health Services Department for Part Time students. Health Services also has information on their site regarding insurance waiver information. Be sure to review the "Five Things You Need to Read" form.
  • Complete Free Application for Federal Student Aid, if applying for financial aid

    FAFSA completion preference date for the Fall: March 1. For the Spring: November 15. For more information, contact the Office of Financial Aid at financialaid@easternct.edu.

  • Visit the Advising Center for additional information.
