The University Honors Program supports Eastern’s liberal arts mission by:
The Honors Program is academically challenging and prepares graduates to become leaders in their communities, exhibiting the highest standards of ethical and intellectual integrity.
The Honors Program application for fall 2021 is now live, and must be submitted by February 1, 2021. You can view important information and apply to the program on the Application and Admission Process page. To be reviewed for admission, students must submit: their Honors application (including their Honors essay) and seek two recommendations from teachers that address the applicant’s academic experience and potential for success in Eastern’s rigorous University Honors Program. Teachers, you may complete the recommendation form.
Application instructions for current Eastern freshmen wishing to enter the Honors Program at the start of their sophomore year are posted on this page at the beginning of each spring semester. Please check back for updates.
