The University Honors Program offers an enriched course of study for academically-talented, intellectually-curious, and research-oriented students. The Honors Program supports Eastern’s liberal arts mission through courses and research experiences designed to encourage creative and critical thinking, communication, and self-directed learning. Most Honors courses fulfill requirements in Eastern’s Liberal Arts Core (ELAC). See General Program Information for more details.

Incoming students must apply to the Honors Program before January 15 of their senior year of high school. Learn more about the Application and Admission Process. Teachers should submit this recommendation form.
