Alpha Mu Alpha

Alpha Mu Alpha is the national marketing honors society of the American Marketing Association. It was established in the spring of 1981 for qualified undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students, and marketing faculty. It was formed to recognize and reward academic excellence in the discipline and science of marketing. Induction into Alpha Mu Alpha introduces Eastern’s marketing students to a select group of outstanding peers worldwide.

To be nominated for the Alpha Mu Alpha honor society, students must meet the following qualifications:

  • Concentration in Marketing
  • Junior status (60-89 earned credits) or Senior status (90+ earned credits)
  • GPA of 3.25 or higher
  • Transfer students must have a minimum of 24 credits in residency at Eastern
