Business Analytics Minor

The Business Analytics minor is designed to develop business data analysis capabilities and technology skills and knowledge that can be applied to a variety of organizational and decision contexts. Thus, it will enable a demonstration and understanding of how data acquisition, management, analysis, and data story visualization is performed, and can be transformed into objectives. The minor is designed to develop and enhance analytical skill sets needed for current or future careers across various discipline fields and industries. The flexibility of the Business Analytics minor will allow the acquisition of information systems and business and other data analytical skills most relevant to a variety of career paths, major programs of study, or secondary areas of interest.

The Business Analytics minor requires 18 credits and is suitable for Eastern students from a wide variety of programs, including transfer and non-traditional students. At least four of the courses below should be taken at Eastern.
