A note about accreditation and college credit exams -

Please note that the Office of AccessAbility does not faciliate accommodations for the ETS (Education Testing Services) or CLEP exams. For exams like the GRE, PRAXIS, TOEIC, and TOEFL, refer to ETS Disabilities Test Takers Request Accommodations for more information. For the CLEP exam, visit CLEP Request Accommodations to get started. More information on these types of examinations for credit can be reviewed on Eastern's Academic Services Tests for College Credit web page.

The Office of AccessAbility Services (OAS) does not endorse the following providers. Verify that the providers are able to supply the appropriate testing and documentation before initiating services with them.

Students are responsible to initiate and maintain contact with a licensed provider and pay for services to prompt an evaluation. Once the evaluation is complete, the student is responsible for submitting the documenation to the OAS for review following the Steps to Registerwith the OAS

Providers may send documenation to AccessAbility@easeternct.edu or fax it to 860-465-0136. Once documentation is received, the OAS will contact the student with the Steps to Register with the OAS information.
