The Eastern Connecticut State University student handbook will be available exclusively online.The handbook utilizes a knowledgebase system where individuals can find information via three methods: search, browse, and frequently asked questions.

According to the Connecticut Office of Higher Education, any student complaints related to the investigation and resolution of out-of-state students' complaints against all institutions of higher education based in Connecticut and offering distance education via a State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA), should be directed to:
