First Year

  • HSC 215 Biology for Health Sciences
    • Fulfills the university’s LAC Tier I Natural Science requirement
  • HSC 100 Foundations of Health Sciences
    • Fulfills the university’s LAC Tier I Natural Science requirement
  • LAC Courses
    • The department recommends MAT 155 or MAT 155P; Pre-calculus for the Tier I Math requirement
    • You should complete nearly all your Tier I requirements this year

Second Year

  • HSC 225 Medical Terminology
  • PSY 212 Lifespan Development
  • MAT 216 Statistical Data Analysis
    • Fulfills the university’s LAC Tier II Information Technology requirement
  • BIO 304/314 Genetics and Society / Lab
    • Fulfills the university’s LAC Tier II Natural Science requirement
  • CHE 210/212 General Chemistry I / Lab (Fall only)
  • CHE 211/213 General Chemistry II / Lab (Spring only)
  • LAC Courses
    • You should complete nearly all of your Tier II requirements this year

Third Year

  • BIS 362 Healthcare Informatics
