Situated in the multi-cultural town of Willimantic, it's only fitting that Eastern embraces diversity. Distinguished Award Ceremonies: Exemplary members of the Eastern community were recognized during the spring semester's annual distinguished award ceremonies - events in honor of Martin Luther King Jr., Ella Grasso and Cesar Chavez.

Latin American/Caribbean Conference: The second annual Latin American and Caribbean Studies Conference occurred on April 29, featuring presentations from nine Eastern professors on a variety of subjects and research topics. Read more
