Graduation Application

Undergraduate Students MUST apply for graduation by submitting the Application for Degree form. You MUST use your Eastern e-mail credentials to access the form. Once you submit the form, you will not be able to resubmit. If changes are necessary, you can find information on how to update this information here.

Please Note the following:

  • If you plan to complete 2 degrees, an overall 150 credits is required.
  • Students should consult their Faculty Advisor(s) or the Academic Services Center to make sure all graduation requirements are met, or to discuss plans to meet your remaining requirements prior to the graduation date.
  • Graduate students apply for graduation through the Graduate Division. The graduate degree application can be found on the Graduate Division Forms page.

Application Deadlines

Degree applications are due the semester prior to the anticipated semester of graduation.

*We highly recommend submitting an application AFTER you are able to consult with your advisor and register for your anticipated graduation term.*

Anticipated Graduation Date: Application Due Dates:
August February 15
December June 15
May October 20

CLEP/DSST Exams

If you plan on completing CLEP/DSST Exams during your graduation term to fulfill any outstanding requirements, the exam must be taken within a certain time period:

  • If you plan on completing the exam for May or December Graduation, the exam must TAKEN no later than the final day of exams. 
  • If you plan on completing the exam for August Graduation, the exam must be TAKEN no later than August 31st.
