Graduation Application for Undergraduate Students
All UNDERGRADUATE students MUST apply for graduation by submitting an Application for Degree. Students are limited to submitting one (1) application unless otherwise noted by the Registrar's Office.
Please review the below information before applying and review additional Graduation Information.
Please Note:
- If you are dual major and plan to complete two (2) degrees, a total of 150 overall credits is required.
- Students should review their Degree Evaluation and consult with their Faculty Advisor(s) or the Advising Center to make sure all graduation requirements are met, or to discuss plans to meet your remaining requirements by your anticipated graduation date.
- Participation in the annual May Commencement Ceremony DOES NOT guarantee the awarding of a degree.
- Your graduation term is dependent on when you will be completing your degree requirements. Since there are three terms in which a degree can be conferred (Spring, Summer, and Fall) - but only one commencement ceremony in May - your graduation term determines which commencement ceremony you would be eligible to participate in.
You will need to use your Eastern e-mail credentials to access the form. You will only be able to submit the application once. If any errors are made on a submitted application, you can visit Change Information on Submitted Application to determine if it is information that needs to be corrected and how to do so.
Application Deadlines
Degree applications are due the semester prior to the anticipated semester of graduation.
We highly recommend you do not submit an application until AFTER you have met with your advisor, have registered for your anticipated graduation term, and have a feasible plan for any outstanding requirements.
