Media Services provides audio and visual support for large events and conferences on Eastern’s campus.

To schedule support for an event, first request media services support through the e-Schedule (EMS Scheduler) process for the event, fundamental AV needs must be specified, followed up by an email to:

Requests must be submitted by email at least ten (10) business days prior to the event.
Depending on the nature of the request, a staff member may contact you to obtain additional information.
All support requests will be confirmed via email.
- Event organizers are discouraged from scheduling events requiring AV technology in non-event spaces.
- Event DJs must provide their own PA equipment and cannot connect to university sound systems.
- Spaces without AV infrastructure can only be provided with minimal AV technology support.
- Spaces with existing installed AV infrastructure will be limited to the equipment installed in that space.
- AV support for all events is subject to equipment and staff availability, as well as weather conditions.
If event is cancelled or moved, please notify us as soon as possible.
