    For Projection Issues:
    • What source are you trying to project?
    • Are you using any adapters?
    • Is the A/V mute button On?
    • Is the classroom PC On?
    For Audio Issues:
    • PC and Laptops: In sound devices, is ExtronScaler selected?
    • Is the volume knob turned up?
    • Is the Mute button On?

  • Each podium is equipped with a HDMI cable for connecting external equipment to the system. Users with portable devices such as Mac computers, iPads and mobile devices must provide their own adaptor to connect to the provided HDMI cable.
