What We Do

Assist international students on pre-arrival procedures

1. International Admission Office receive, review and admit qualified students
2. I-20 and other pre-arrival forms are sent to the student with their acceptance letter
3. The International Students Office communicate with and answer admitted students questions

Organize international students orientation

1. Transportation is provided for new international students by contacting us at the International Students Office at least TWO weeks in advance
2. Each students is assigned a mentor
3. Mentors help students settle, assist them during orientation and through their transition to the new school life
4. All new international students are REQUIRED to attend the orientation

Support and assist the students during their stay at ECSU

1. We are here to support the students with social and academics concerns
2. The International Student Office serves as a resource for any immigration matters

Plan programs and trips for an easy transition to ECSU

1. Those programs create a bonding atmosphere with other Eastern Students
2. The trips planned are socially and educationally beneficial to the students
