Services

    • Receive, review and admit qualified students
    • Provide I-20 and other pre-arrival forms to the students with their acceptance letters
    • Communicate with admitted students – answer questions that arise
    • Provide Transportation: Contact us at least two weeks in advance
    • Coordinate Orientation: New international students are required to attend the three-day event
    • Assign Mentors: Mentors help students settle in and transition to Eastern
    • Introduce the International Students Association (ISA): A network of colleagues with similar experiences
    • Support with social and academics concerns
    • Resource for immigration matters
    • Guidance for navigating in a new culture
    • Assistance with housing, food, and other matters
    • Programs ease transition and create connections with other Eastern students
    • Social and educational trips to experience regional culture
