Communication with Potential Bidders

All communications with potential bidders regarding the RFP or the RFQ shall be in writing and shall be conducted through the Procurement Services Department. Members of the selection committee (see subsection 4 below) shall not have direct communication with bidders relating in any manner to the RFP or the RFQ. A pre-bid conference may be convened by the agency if deemed to be in its best interest.
