Office of Fiscal Affairs

The Office of Fiscal Affairs provides services to Eastern’s academic and administrative departments, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Grant Accounting, Payroll, Purchasing and Travel. The Bursar’s Office manages student accounts, while Card Services issues Student ID cards, Food Plans, and Express Card Cash. In addition to these services, the Office of Fiscal Affairs ensures that all State and University financial resources, equipment, and contractual relationships are managed through sound planning, control, and reporting systems.
