Use of Student Work for Assessment Purposes:

The work you submit in this course may be used to assess student learning at Eastern. If your work is selected for assessment processes, it will be de-identified and your identity will be kept confidential. If you do not want your work included in assessment processes, please contact me via email to let me know.

Policy on Returning Student Work:

From the Art Department: Assignments will be returned during scheduled class time, instructor’s office hours, or by special arrangement with the instructor. The instructor will hold assignments for six weeks following the end of class. Assignments not picked up during this period will become property of the university and may be discarded.

Release Form Acknowledgement for Art Projects and other Student Produced Work:

I hereby allow Eastern Connecticut State University to use photographs of my artwork on university promotional materials, with the understanding that the University will not attempt to sell renderings, photographs, or other depictions of my artwork.
