Scheduling Policy Guidelines

The University’s Scheduling Policy was developed and implemented in 2011. The policy must be followed by each scheduling area and is regulated by the Registrar’s office and Deans during the scheduling process. Any discrepancies between the schedule submitted and the policy will be communicated to schedulers for corrections. If a department believes that they are unable to adhere to the policy, the appropriate Dean’s Office will consider any appeals for a one-time deviation as outlined in the Scheduling Policy. Any questions about the process should be directed to the Provost/Vice-President of Academic Affairs.
