Final Grade Entry

Fall 2025 Deadlines

1st 5 and 1st 7-week courses – Final grades due no later than October 15 at 11:59pm.

Full semester; 1st 10; 2nd 5; 2nd 7; and 3rd 5-week courses – Final grades due no later than December 17 at 11:59pm.

Winter 2025 Deadline

Final grades due January 20 by 11:59pm

  • All faculty members must enter final grades via eWeb.
  • A final grade is required for all students listed on your grading roster. A student who does not officially withdraw, but has stopped attending or has never attended, must receive an appropriate letter grade of F or higher.
  • A grade of Incomplete (I) is given when students are temporarily unable to fulfill course requirements because of illness (documented) or other verifiable emergency. The instructor identifies with the student the work which must be completed and the time by which it must be completed. Incomplete grade changes are due no later than six (6) weeks after the beginning of the first full semester following the granting of the Incomplete grade.
  • All grade changes must be completed using a Grade Change form. If the Incomplete grade is not changed by the deadline a grade of F is recorded.
  • If final grades are not submitted by the deadline they will be recorded as “NR” (Not Reported). In order to change a grade from “NR” to a letter grade the instructor will need to fill out a Change of Grade form and submit it to the appropriate Dean’s Office for approval. There are no exceptions to this policy.
