Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)

FERPA: Certain contracts may require the disclosure of identifiable student information protected by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act ("FERPA"). All such contracts must contain the following provision:

The Contractor acknowledges that such information is subject to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act ("FERPA") and agrees that it will utilize such information only to perform the services required by this agreement and for no other purpose. The Contractor further agrees that it will not disclose such information to any third party without the prior written consent of the student to whom such information relates.
