Butoxyethanol is absorbed through the skin which may affect the liver, kidney, blood and lymph systems. Inhalation may affect central nervous system and cause respiratory irritation.
Conditions Aggravated by Use: Unknown

Emergency & First Aid Procedures:

Eyes: In case of contact; immediately flush eyes with water for at least 15 minutes. Remove contact lenses.
Skin: In case of skin contact; remove contaminated clothing and immediately wash skin with plenty of water.
Ingestion: If swallowed; call a physician or Poison Control Center. Drink 1 or 2 glasses of water and induce vomiting by touching back of throat with finger. Do not induce vomiting or give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
Inhalation: If inhaled; remove person to fresh air and call a physician. NOTE TO PHYSICIAN: Chlorpyrifos is a cholinesterase inhibitor. Treat symptomatically. Atropine only by injection is an antidote.
