Special Events

Eastern Connecticut State University is taking the COVID-19 situation seriously and decisions are being made as the situation warrants regarding ongoing programs and classes. As per Connecticut Dept. of Education recommendation and University protocol to cancel non-academic events with more than 100 individuals, the TOWN PRIDE, TOWN WIDE Community Event will be postponed to the Fall 2020 semester. Smaller special events may continue as planned; please contact the Special Events Coordinator, Mary Oliver, at 860.465.0196, for more complete information.

Feel the power of volunteering in a large group! The Center for Community Engagement facilitates many special events per semester with community partners and the campus community. Special Events registration takes place one month prior to the scheduled event. Go to E Web to register for all CCE programs and events. For longer events be sure to choose the work shift that is best for you. Thank you!

It is the policy of Eastern Connecticut State University to ensure equal access to its events. If you are an individual with a disability and will need accommodations for Center for Community Engagement events, please contact Kimberly Silcox, (860)465-4426, silcoxk@easternct.edu. Requests should be made as early as possible prior to the event to help ensure availability. Please understand that failure to provide adequate notice may result in accommodations not being available.

All Special Events offerings are available for registration one month prior to the scheduled Special Event. Please see our Spring offerings below.
