The Career Studio is located on the 1st floor in the J. Eugene Smith Library and has additional computers and a printer for students to use in their career readiness activities. Additionally, students can receive advice and assistance from our Career Peer Coaches related to resumes, cover letters, internships, LinkedIn and all of our on-line tools.
The Career Studio is open during each Fall & Spring semester (excluding semester and summer breaks) Monday - Thursday, 9 AM - 5 PM. NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY, just drop-in for assistance!
The Career Closet is located on the 1st floor of the J. Eugene Smith Library, directly nextdoor to the career studio (Room 134A). The Career Closet has a wide range of professional clothing options whether you are headed to the career & internship fair, interviewing for an internship, or a job. Students can visit the Career Closet to pick out clothing at any time, the door is always open!
The Career Closet accepts donations all year round, please drop off your donations at anytime in room 134A.
The Career Closet is also where we take LinkedIn photos for students, for this service please utilize our Career Studio walk in hours or schedule an appointment with one of our professional staff.
Our career peer coaches offer peer to peer career coaching in the Career Studio each semester. When you come in for walk in hours this is who you will see! They also help to host in studio workshops such as walk in resume reviews, mock interviews, how to find an internship, and career fair bootcamp! Expect to see email blasts from this team about what our office has to offer!

Each semester we hire multimedia interns to help promote the Office of Career Success through social media, videos, photos, & to connect with different areas on campus. You will see this team reaching out to connect with clubs and residence halls to do tabling events, workshops, and group selfies!

Our employer relations team does employer outreach for our office. This includes promoting internship and job opportunities through Eastern Career Network, connecting with employers to come to our events and fairs, and helping with the details of our events!
