    O*NET OnLine has detailed descriptions of the world of work for use by job seekers, workforce development and HR professionals, students, developers, researchers, and more! O*NET OnLine also utilizes the same personality code system as our tool Focus2!

  • Students: Use Analyst to discover companies in Connecticut and across the U.S. who are hiring in your chosen field of interest. Access to Analyst is only available in the Career Studio in the J. Eugene Smith Library, 1st Floor.

    Faculty: Use Analyst to identify skills and competencies employers seek in the students they hire.
