Get involved and have fun!

Welcome back to another fun semester of recreation! Are you looking to get started on your fitness goals? Or are you looking to stay in shape? Our fitness classes are designed for all fitness levels and with no prior experience necessary. Eastern offers recreational programming ranging from Zumba to interval training. Our goal is to create a fun and encouraging environment through fitness for our Eastern community.

Students who want to work out on their own also have access to the Cardio Room and Weight Room in the Sports Center, as well as the Fitness Center in the Student Center.

Recreation Programs, Fall 2025

  • yoga class

    Join Kelly Madenjian in this yoga class that will have you feeling strong throughout the semester.

    All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged. Bring a yoga mat, a water bottle and wear workout clothes. A valid Eastern ID is required upon entrance.

    Wednesdays 1 - 2 p.m.
    Sports Center Dance Studio
    Starts January 24 - Ends May 1
