The Final class that Professor Sanford will be teaching will certainly bring the intensity. This high intensity interval training class will be a great workout for anyone looking to build up their strength and power. All levels of fitness are invited, and you will see many positive results coming from a class like this, happening on Wednesday nights or Friday nights after the Spring Break.
All levels of fitness are welcomed and encouraged. No prior experience is required. Fitness classes are free for all Eastern students, faculty and staff. A valid Eastern ID number is required upon entrance.
