Get involved and have fun!

Not the competitive type but want to stay in shape? Eastern offers recreational programming ranging from Zumba to yoga, from conditioning programs to interval training.

Recreation Programs Fall 2019

  • bootcamp class

    Want to get in better shape?
    Come join us for a 10 class CrossFit series and get a total body workout that focuses on muscle and core endurance as well as specific athletic applications.

    No prior experience is required. All fitness levels are welcomed and encouraged. Bring a water bottle and sweat towel to class.
    Instructor: Certified CrossFit trainer James Turgeon
    Classes held in Sports Center Geissler Gymnasium

    Scheduled Meeting dates: 
    Tuesdays / Thursdays – 7:00-8:00 a.m.

  • yoga class

    Join certified yoga instructor Kelly Madenjian for a mindful moving vinyasa yoga flow with classical moves to practice balance, flexibility and strength.

    All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged!
    Bring a yoga mat, a water bottle and wear workout clothes.

    It's Zumba Time!
    Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — and resistance training.

    All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged! Bring a water bottle and sweat towel to class.
