Approximately 365 students gathered with their resumes in the Student Center's Betty R. Tipton Room for the opportunity to speak with 50 different employers at the fall semester career and internship fair on Oct. 9. The event was designed to give Eastern students an opportunity to explore future career paths and internships, seek part-time opportunities, and network with alumni and potential employers.

From business to healthcare, a wide range of industries were represented. The fair was divided into seven sections, including business and finance, education and training, marketing and entertainment, government, healthcare, non-profit, and Eastern employers.

Companies represented included Eversource Energy, Kelly Education, Mohegan Sun, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Hartford Healthcare, United Way of Central and Northeastern Connecticut, and many more.
