On March 1 at 3 p.m. in the Concert Hall, the Willimantic Orchestra will perform its annual winter concert, which will feature the symphonic poem "Die Moldau" by Bohemian composer Bedrich Smetana and "Symphony No. 3" by Beethoven. The performance will also include winners of the Windham Regional Arts Council young artists music competition.
