WB Mason Online Office Supply Ordering System
Fill out the attached form, and have form signed by the Banner Cost Center Manager. Please have a form for each ORG you wish to request permission to purchasing from.

- Return form(s) to purchasing@easternct.edu
- New access to the WB Mason online office supply ordering system generally occurs within one week. Requester will be notified of their username and password instructions via e-mail from WB Mason once your profile has been created.
- In an effort to strengthen our commitment to green sustainable practices orders are only delivered twice a week. If there is an unexpected emergency please reach out to purchasing staff and we can have the order processed same day.
Please Note: It's required to contact Purchasing of any changes to any existing user account. If you changed departments, employment status, or no longer need access to a current ORG etc.
