Theme 3: Liberal Arts and the Workforce

In our culminating session, panelists will discuss how a liberal arts education prepares students for career success. Topics include:

  • The alignment of liberal arts learning outcomes with workforce needs
  • Career-readiness through internships, co-curricular experiences, and interdisciplinary programs
  • Faculty innovation in curriculum and collaboration with employers and alumni

This session makes the case that the liberal arts and career preparation are not only compatible—they are deeply synergistic.
