Academic Support and Assistance Program (ASAP)

While campus is closed and classes are being moved online,
we are still available – we’re just remote/virtual like everyone else!

If you have any questions, please contact your Assigned Probation Advisor via email:

You also will be able to contact us via Skype during specific times (we will hold virtual office hours). In a separate email message, we will send you all of the details regarding when and how to attend our virtual office hours.

During these challenging times, we are doing all that we can to ensure the easiest transition possible to online support services. We are all in this together!

The Academic Support and Assistance Program (ASAP) provides intervention services for students placed on probation. The goals of the program are to assist probation students with the following:

  • Identify and plan strategies to improve their academic performance
  • Take full advantage of all academic support services offered by the University
  • Make sufficient progress toward graduation.

A student who fails to attain the required cumulative GPA during the probationary semester is subject to academic dismissal.
