Established by his wife Glenna Adams, in May 2026 to honor Dr. Michael W. Adams and his legacy of academic excellence, student mentorship, and commitment to scientific inquiry at Eastern Connecticut State University. This fund is intended to support independent study students majoring in Biology. This can be used for expenses for conducting research (chemicals, supplies, etc.) and/or expenses to help students participate in the broader scientific community (such as travel to present research at a conference). Preference will be given to students who are formally presenting original research or scholarly work.
