David V.S. Burton established the Marlin S. Clark Scholarship Fund in 2004. The scholarship is awarded at a minimum of $500 to a student who is from Windham, Hartford, New London, or New Haven County, with a minimum GPA of 3.0, who is actively performing community service, validated by the University. Preference is given to students who have successfully completed the ConnCAP program.
