The Kathleen W. Roan Endowed Scholarship was established by the late Kay Roan in 2007 for students in good academic standing with unmet financial need. Kay volunteered countless hours to non-profits in Willimantic and was one of the longest standing members of the ECSU Foundation Inc. Board of Directors.
