Established by Willimantic resident Joan Fegan in 2026 to help nursing students. The recipient(s) of this fund must be a Connecticut resident enrolled full time majoring in Nursing. Recipient(s) must be a sophomore maintaining a 3.0 GPA and be in good academic standing and demonstrate financial need.  

Students are encouraged to file the FAFSA by March 1
