This scholarship was established in 2025 by CSCU Board of Regents member, Ira Bloom, to support Easterns mission as Connecticut’s public liberal arts university. The Bloom scholarship is awarded to full-time Junior or Senior students minoring in Pre-law with the intent of attending law school and a Connecticut resident. The student must also be in good academic standing (3.0 GPA or higher) and demonstrate unmet financial need.

Students are encouraged to file the FAFSA by March 1
