Eastern makes Princeton Review’s ‘Guide to Green Colleges’ 12 years running

Eastern has been named for the 12th annual year in the Princeton Review's list of “Guide to Green Colleges.”

For the 12th year, the Princeton Review has included Eastern Connecticut State University in its annual “Guide to Green Colleges.” In the 2022 edition, Eastern was one of 422 schools listed and received a ranking of 86 for its commitment to environmental sustainability.

The Princeton Review is a college service company that offers online courses, resources for tutoring, test preparation and more. It also guides students in their exploration of different colleges. The Princeton Review has published its Guide to Green Colleges annually since 2010.

Among Eastern’s sustainability measures include its plethora of energy-efficient buildings, aspirations for carbon neutrality, the Institute for Sustainable Energy, Center for Sustainable Energy Studies and much more.
