ECSU Foundation awards more than $500K in 2020-21

The ECSU Foundation, Inc. has awarded more than $500,000 in scholarships to more than 450 students in the 2020-21 academic year. Created and sustained by the generous donations of alumni and friends of Eastern, as well as private foundations and community organizations, the ECSU Foundation manages more than 100 endowed scholarships for students with academic promise and financial need. CAB Wins Excellence in Programming Award

Eastern’s Campus Activity Board (CAB) received the 2020 Excellence in Programming Award on Dec. 7 at the National Association for Campus Activities (NACA) Northeast Regional Virtual Awards Ceremony. Eastern was one of three schools to win the award this year. Read More

Lucy Truszkowski to be published in 'Xchanges'

English major Lucy Truszkowski ’21 has had her essay accepted for publication in the upcoming undergraduate research-focused issue of “Xchanges,” an interdisciplinary journal for technical communication, writing/rhetoric and writing across the curriculum. Truszkowski’s essay is titled “Whose Right is it Anyway?: A Rhetorical Analysis of the Universal Human Rights Problem.” Read More
