Quick Solutions

  • To connect your phone, laptop or tablet to Eastern's Wi-Fi, simply log into the “WarriorNet” Wi-Fi network using your ECSU-provided account credentials. You do not need the @my.easternct.edu extension.

For devices such as consoles, smart TV's and digital frames, ensure your device's MAC address has been added to the "My Devices" portal. Once added, you can join the “ECSU-Public” Wi-Fi network.

Please see our Knowledgebase for more information.

  • At Eastern, there are 3 available Wi-Fi connections: WarriorNet, ECSU-Public and Eduroam.

    • WarriorNet is the main Wi-Fi network to connect to for phones, laptops and tablets.
    • ECSU-Public is for gaming devices, smart devices as well as for guests and visitors.
    • Eduroam is only meant for those who travel between CT State College campuses.
  • If you have forgotten your password, give us a call at (860) 465-4346 and select option 1 (during operating hours) or option 2.

When given your temporary password, be sure to log into your Outlook account first.

Note: Your Eastern ID is required for all password changes.

  • If you are prompted with the message: "Single Sign-On Failed: Please contact your system Administrator."

Clear your cookies and cache. To do this, go into your browsers settings, privacy and security (or history) and clear cache and cookies or clear browsing data. Select the options to clear "Everything" for "All Time". Browser settings may vary.

Note: This will wipe all saved passwords, autofill forms and saved site permissions. You can also run your browser in Incognito or Private mode for a one time fix.

  • With MobilePrint, you can easily print from your email or phone to any campus printer.

See our Knowledgebase articles on printing from a Chrome device or any Mobile device.

  • If you would like to VPN into your desktop, see our Knowledgebase article.

To find your "Device/Host Name", simply type "PC Name" into the Windows search bar. On the new page, you will see "Device Name". Example - EITSAYR7VR2
