Qimin Liu

Biography

Qimin Liu was born in Helongjing Province, China. He received a Teaching Certificate from Haerbin Normal University, a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Institute of Chinese Traditional Drama, a Master of Arts from Iowa State University, and an MFA from the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts.
