Biography

Shu-Tsen Kuo is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration. She researches why people hide their true intents in the workplace and how power changes their behaviors. She received her Ph.D. in Management from Virginia Tech and a master degree in Management and Human Resource from The Ohio State University. Before joining Eastern, Shu-tsen accumulated extensive research experience in leadership and culture.
