"Taproot"

Taproot | Wood, Clay, Wire, Fabric, and Paint | 45”x11”x12” | 2024

This work is to emphasize a sense of containment and the feeling of being put on display. It may resonate with anyone who has ever felt under scrutiny, their vulnerabilities being exposed. It serves as a reminder that our roots are essential to our growth, but they do not entirely define who we are.
