Russell D. “Tim” White Endowed Award*

The Russell D. White '81 Endowment supports an annual award for the Global Field Course program in the name of his deceased wife, Elizabeth Lorna White. Ms. White was a molecular biologist with a passion for art, science, literature, and education. Mr. White is a 2012 Eastern Fellow honoree, a member of the ECSU Foundation and the former Director of Collections & Research at the Yale Peabody Museum prior to his retirement. This award recipient(s) must be in good academic with financial need. Preference is given to students who demonstrate a commitment to women’s advancement. If the Environmental Earth Science Department is offering a field course (both domestically and abroad), those students will have priority for this award.

Students are encouraged to file the FAFSA by March 1
