The recipient(s) must be a woman in good standing at Eastern and an in-state resident who demonstrates financial need. If the Environmental Earth Science Department is offering a summer field course to take students into the field (both domestically and abroad), those students will have priority for Elizabeth Lorna White scholarships. Otherwise, the intent of the fund is to support students participating in summer courses or programs abroad.
