Biography

Lindsay Boucher is the Clinical Coordinator for the Nursing Program. Before coming to Eastern, Mrs. Boucher earned her high school diploma locally at Windham Technical High School followed by her BSN degree at Elmira College in Elmira, NY. Following her degree, she began working at Connecticut Children’s for 10 years as a Pediatric Med-Surgical and Hematology/Oncology Nurse. Her career most recently has taken her to Manchester Memorial Hospital as a Labor, Delivery, Recovery and Postpartum Nurse. Throughout her career she has held various roles such as a staff nurse, charge nurse, nursing preceptor, Pain Resource Nurse, Superuser for Electronic Medical Record Rollout, Resident/Nurse Relations member, Patient and Family Advocacy Committee Member, and Interim Assistant Nurse Manager of the Float pool. She is excited to begin and bring a new nursing program option to the area and utilize her nursing experiences to help the future nurses on their journey to the vast world of healthcare.
