Technology

Information Technology Services has been working to ensure that faculty and students have the resources they need to conduct all courses online from March 23, 2020, through the balance of the semester. To that end:

  • We have enough VPN licenses to ensure that faculty offering courses, students needing to access software, and employees working from home can access their files and software from off campus.

Faculty and Staff

  • Faculty and staff working from home can access a range of applications and other technology resources by visiting https://easternct.makekb.com/entry/525/
  • For additional assistance regarding instructional technology needs, faculty should contact the Center for Instructional Technology (CIT) at cit@easternct.edu. Leave a phone number so that staff can call you back as soon as possible.

Students

  • Students taking classes off-campus via online technology can access a range of applications and other technology resources by visiting https://easternct.makekb.com/entry/525/
